2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
We will provide a sample after you pay the sample charge. The cost depends on your specifications, usually ranging between USD 50-200 per style. If there are intricate embroideries or complex printing, the fee might be higher.
3. How long can I expect to get the sample?
Typically 5-7 days after receiving the sample charge and approved design file.
4. What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Our production capacity is 100,000 pcs/month. The average production time is 30-35 days.
5. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, PayPal, or Western Union: 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% balance paid before loading.
