Yes, we are not only a factory but also act as a designer. We can design if you have some special requirements on the product.

How can I get the sample?
After approving the design material and printing or embroidery, you pay the sample cost, and we will make the sample for you. We will provide photos of the sample once finished. If you feel it is okay, we will send the sample to you. If you place a bulk order, the sample fee will be returned.

How can we control the quality of the goods?
We have strict quality control throughout the production process. You can arrange for a third-party inspection company to come to our facility to inspect the goods after the mass production has been finished.

How about the shipping?
You can use your own forwarder to ship the goods. We will deliver the goods to your forwarder's warehouse. We also have a well-cooperated forwarder; if it is not convenient for you to arrange this, we can arrange our forwarder to ship the goods for you.

What is the typical production lead time?
Generally, it takes 30 to 45 days after the sample is approved and the deposit is received. The exact timeline depends on the order quantity and design complexity.

Do you support custom safety standards?
Yes, all our plush toys are designed and manufactured using eco-friendly materials to comply with international safety regulations, such as EN71, ASTM, and CE standards.
