For in-stock items, the MOQ is 50 pieces. For custom made-to-order plush toys, the MOQ is 500 pieces.

Yes, we offer fully customized options. You can customize the materials, colors, logos, packaging, and sizes ranging from 10cm to over 80cm.

What design file formats do you accept for custom orders?
We accept artwork and design files in C4D, PS, AI, CDR, PDF, and JPG formats to construct your custom plushies.
Q:
How long does sample making and bulk production take?
Sample lead time is 15-20 workdays. Bulk production takes 3-5 weeks after the pre-production sample is confirmed. We can also scale production with extra machinery if you have an urgent order.
Q:
How is the sample cost handled?
The sample fee is paid initially but will be fully refunded/deducted from your subsequent bulk order payment, so you only cover the shipping cost.

What are the payment terms and shipping options?
We accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, and Trade Assurance. Production starts with a 70% deposit. Shipping options include Express, DDP Air shipping, and Sea shipping.
