How do you charge the fee for making samples, and how many days does it take?
The sample cost is USD 100-300 (for sizes under 70 cm using soft materials/pure wool cloth; custom quotes are required if electronic functions or specific accessories are needed). It takes about 5-8 working days for a normal design, and each revision takes about 3-5 days.

Is the sample fee refundable?
We offer free sample production costs for long-term cooperative customers. For first-time clients, if the sample cost is within USD 300 and the order quantity reaches 3000 pcs, the sample fee can be refunded.

Production starts upon sample approval and receipt of deposit. The timeline is:
• Under 3,000 pcs: about 25-35 days.
• 3,000 - 5,000 pcs: about 35-45 days.
• 5,000 - 50,000 pcs: about 45-65 days.
• 50,000 - 200,000 pcs: about 55-95 days.

• Ocean shipping: typically about 25-35 days from factory pickup to destination port, plus 7-14 days for customs clearance and inland transportation.
