Prices are determined by specific product designs and total purchase quantities. We provide an initial rough estimate based on product pictures, and establish the exact price once the physical sample is complete.
Can you manufacture custom designs?
Yes, absolutely. In addition to our dedicated in-house design team developing new products monthly, we accept full custom design requests based on client specifications.
How long does sample creation and bulk production take?
Standard sample turnaround is 7 days from receiving the sample fee ($50/design, fully refunded when your order meets or exceeds 3,000 pcs). Bulk mass production typically spans 30-40 days after order confirmation.
What are your default payment terms?
Our standard payment terms require a 30% T/T deposit prior to starting production, with the remaining 70% balance paid in full before final shipment or against the B/L copy.
What terms of delivery are supported?
We fully support standard delivery terms including EXW, FOB, and CIF to accommodate different shipping arrangements.
Do the materials meet standard toy safety requirements?
Yes. All plush materials utilized in production are highly safe and capable of passing international regulatory certifications such as EN71, CPSIA, and ASTM F963.
