Our standard packaging consists of 1PC/PE bag, layered in an AA quality level 5-ply corrugated carton lined with a waterproof PE bag.
All packaging can be customized to your requirements, including: PE/OPP bags, color gift boxes (with or without windows), PVC boxes, and cardboard boxes.

1. Do you charge for samples and is it refundable?
Yes, sample charges vary according to complexity. Normally it is $80~$150 USD/design (Size≤40cm, freight is additional). We provide 2 PCS of samples. The sample fee will be refunded in full when your first order quantity reaches 5,000 PCS per design.
2. What is the sample lead time and mass production timeline?
Samples usually take about 3-5 working days, depending on style complexity and features like printing or embroidery.
For mass production, estimated lead times are:
20,000 PCS: 45 days.
20,000 - 50,000 PCS: 60 days.
50,000 - 100,000 PCS: 70 days.
Above 100,000 PCS: Partial shipments are recommended.
3. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, the MOQ is 2,000 PCS per design. For new clients establishing initial market trials, we can accept a reduced quantity of 1,000 PCS per design.
4. What payment options are available?
For mass goods, we accept T/T and L/C:
T/T: 30% deposit before production starts, and the remaining 70% balance paid before releasing the Bill of Lading (or before delivery if shipped by air).
L/C: Suggested for larger orders.
Western Union / PayPal: Can be used for sample charges only.
5. Which safety standards do your products comply with?
All plush toys comply with safety regulations for major global markets, including EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, CCPSA, and other regulatory standards. Testing takes 5-7 working days under our partnership with BV Testing Lab, ensuring preferential pricing for our clients.
6. What are the shipping ports and options?
We support all standard shipping channels: sea shipping, air shipping, and express delivery (DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx). Inland countries can be accommodated via rail transport. Shanghai Port is our primary shipping location. Clients may use their own forwarding companies, coordinating with us 10-15 days prior to the delivery schedule.
