Why do you charge samples fee?
We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need to pay for printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designers' salaries. Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have a contract with you, and we will take responsibility for your samples until you say "it is perfect".
Is the sample fee refunded when the order is placed?
Yes, if your order amount is more than 10,000 USD, the sample fee will be fully refunded to you.
What is the samples delivery time?
It takes 5-7 days according to the different samples. If you need the samples urgently, they can be completed within three days.

For existing customers, there is no MOQ (50 or 100 pcs is acceptable). For new professional buyers or companies specializing in plush toys, we can starting with a small quantity of 500 or 1000 pcs to build future partnerships.
